一、現場核查

1、 On site verification

1、設備定位在干凈的地面上初步處理后。根據設備定位和設計圖紙，檢查隔墻放線定位以確定現場尺寸與圖紙尺寸和設備位置是否有沖突。

1. The equipment is positioned on clean ground after preliminary treatment. According to the equipment positioning and design drawings, check the setting out and positioning of partition wall to determine whether the site size conflicts with the drawing size and equipment position.

2、現場核實地面標高，看波動是否大，是否有必要將彩鋼墻底部整體找平。

2. Verify the ground elevation on site to see if the fluctuation is large and whether it is necessary to level the bottom of color steel wall as a whole.

二、彩鋼板安裝要求

2、 Installation requirements of color steel plate

1、鋁槽固定：鋁槽固定前需要放線定位，偏差不超過5 mm，鋁槽用M5x30抽芯鋁拉釘固定，間接不超過300mm。雙拉銷應設置在有門洞的位置，間距不應超過50毫米。

1. Aluminum groove fixation: before fixing the aluminum groove, the setting out and positioning shall be conducted, and the deviation shall not exceed 5 mm. The aluminum groove shall be fixed with m5x30 core pulling aluminum stud, and the indirect distance shall not exceed 300 mm. The double pull pin shall be set at the position with door opening, and the spacing shall not exceed 50 mm.

2、T型掛梁：的固定掛碼位于放線定位沿線，間距不大于1.20mm，T型梁與連接彩鋼板固定時，需用角鋼或角鐵壓制，不得留有縫隙。被壓體需要在兩塊彩鋼板的接縫上方。

2. T-shaped hanging beam: the fixed hanging block is located along the setting out and positioning line, and the spacing is not more than 1.20 mm. When the T-shaped beam is fixed with the connecting color steel plate, angle steel or angle iron shall be used to press, and no gap shall be left. The pressed body needs to be above the joint of two color steel plates.

3、風口安裝：吊頂風口的安裝應按照圖紙進行，避免T型梁，墻上的排風和回風風口應安裝在離地面200mm處。

3. Installation of air outlet: the installation of ceiling air outlet shall be carried out according to the drawings to avoid T-beam. The air outlet for exhaust and return air on the wall shall be installed at 200 mm away from the ground.

4、外觀要求：整體安裝應平直美觀，無碰撞劃痕，安裝后才能撕掉保護膜。板縫間連接平整，板縫間距3-4mm，膠應飽滿順直，無縫隙。

4. Appearance requirements: the overall installation should be straight and beautiful, without collision scratch, and the protective film can be removed after installation. The connection between the plate joints shall be smooth, and the gap between the plate joints shall be 3-4mm, and the glue shall be full, straight and seamless.

5、每個頂板和固定板之間的固定需要三個尾部鉆孔螺釘。擋土板與立板之間有固定上下接頭的拉銷，施工時固定，板縫需垂直。

5. Three tail drilled screws are required for the fixation between each top plate and the fixed plate. There are pull pins for fixing the upper and lower joints between the retaining plate and the vertical plate, which shall be fixed during construction, and the slab joint shall be vertical.

6、門窗安裝：門窗的安裝位置和開啟方向應根據圖紙要求確定。單扇門應盡可能位于同色鋼板上，雙扇門的中線應盡可能位于板縫的接縫處，以便切割后的彩色鋼板可用作門板。門窗的型材連接應嚴密無縫隙，整個門角的保持尺寸應統一。

6. Installation of doors and windows: the installation position and opening direction of doors and windows shall be determined according to the drawing requirements. The single door shall be located on the same color steel plate as far as possible, and the center line of double door shall be located at the joint of plate seam as far as possible, so that the color steel plate after cutting can be used as door panel. The profile connection of doors and windows shall be tight and seamless, and the dimension of the whole door corner shall be uniform.

7、內外弧的固定：與彩鋼板的連接應嚴密，外弧柱不應連接，內弧之間的連接點定位不良，間隙嚴密。

7. Internal and external arc fixation: the connection with color steel plate should be tight, the outer arc column should not be connected, the connection point between the inner arc is not well positioned, and the gap is tight.
