1.地基的硬度：在澆注底子前，要事前測量佳地基的硬度，如有地形特殊或地基硬度相次太大，務(wù)必作特殊處理，以確保板房能順利裝配和保障裝配后的質(zhì)量，如何特殊處理，與技能部溝通。

2.底子的程度：在底子澆注時，必定要測量佳程度，底子澆注完后，程度誤次操縱在10MM以內(nèi)。

3.混泥土標(biāo)號：大局部尺度板房底子為C20。平常情況下內(nèi)無鋼筋，如有地形、地基特殊情況或板房有特殊要求，應(yīng)以技能部出圖為準(zhǔn)。

4.底子澆注時間：彩鋼活動房的底子澆注應(yīng)與慣例的混泥土澆注工藝一樣，不可減少工藝秩序。在底子澆注完成到板房裝配之間應(yīng)留有充沛時間，以確保混泥土到達(dá)必定的硬度。

5.要求：為保障裝配工期，裝配質(zhì)量和裝配后整潔美觀，在制造底子的同時，把室內(nèi)地面也一并澆注完成，程度高度與底子一樣，在板房裝配完成后，在室內(nèi)鋪地板既方便，又整潔，也不會影響板房的質(zhì)量和外觀。室內(nèi)地板的高度應(yīng)比底子程度高度高出50MM，以確保雨水不會流入室內(nèi)和地圈梁的堅實水平。

5. Requirements: in order to ensure the assembly period, the assembly quality and the neatness and beauty after assembly, the indoor floor is poured at the same time as the base, and the height is the same as the base. After the assembly of the board room, it is convenient and neat to lay the floor indoors, and it will not affect the quality and appearance of the board room.
