　　1.建設工程工地四周應按規則設置連續、密閉的圍欄；建造多層、高層建筑的還應設置防護設施。在市區首要路段和市容景象道路及機場、碼頭、車站廣場設置的圍欄其高度不得低于2.5m，在其他路段設置的圍欄，其高度不得低于1.8m。

　　2.圍檔運用的材料應確保圍欄安定、整齊、美觀。市政工程項目工地，可按工程進度分段設置圍欄或按規則運用一致的連續性護欄設施。施工單位不得在工地圍欄外堆積建筑材料、廢物和工程渣土。在經同意暫時占用的區域，應嚴格按同意的占地范圍和運用性質寄存、堆卸建筑材料或機具設備，暫時區域四周應設置高于1m的圍欄。
