一、盡量用石棉板和防火棉作為填充物制作彩鋼板，只有達到A級耐火的較大限度才能滿足施工現場的消防條件。

二、在使用過程中，有些熱源、火源不要靠近彩鋼板，要保持一定的距離。如果要在彩鋼板房內設置廚房，需要保溫層，墻體要配防火巖棉保溫層。

四、彩鋼板房屋之間應保持少6米的距離。不得非法設置影響逃生和滅火救援的鐵柵欄、廣告牌等障礙物。
